Hi, this is my story- I have been fighting my weight since my teens. After my first child I weighed 109kgs, (gained 25kg during my pregnancy) I lost only a couple of kilos between having my 2 boys. sharita harvey 08/09/2008 12:07 I cannot believe how much weight I have lost in 3 months. Although I spent lots of time in the ladies room I knew that the nut worked as a detox. But I didn't notice changes until I dropped from a 24 to a 20 almost at 18 in 3 months. Never exceeded, but consistent. This is a miracle seed for me. |
